Dr Gorensteain is a fantastic doctor . I had achillias tendon issues. Which required surgery . He took great care in explaining everything to me and each time I go see him he listens and finds the best way to help in my recovery. He's very nice and funny . Excellent doctor

Dr. G is wonderful. Has a great bedside manner. Explains completely and so that you can understand. The staff is wonderful. The ladies always keep me laughing and leaving with a smile. I’ve recommended this office 3 times now and will continue to do so.

I've been treated for a variety of foot-related conditions over 20 years and Dr. Gorenshtein has been my doctor each time. During my most recent visit, my experience was just like all my earlier visits, with the diagnoses explained in terms I could understand and the treatment spot on. The Doctor was patient, professional and thorough in making sure I knew what my condition was and what my options were for treating it. His Purcellville office staff has always been courteous and efficient.

Dr. Gorenshtein was able to work with me to repair a broken bone in my foot which required surgery, screws and synthetic bone implant. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. His staff in Winchester leaves a lot to be desired. They require up front payment, even with very good insurance. I paid several hundred dollars up front and then requested a refund after surgery. Office does not follow through on scheduling and return calls. Foot and Ankle office should have auto-open doors.

Dr. G correctly diagnosed acute tendonitis in my foot and designed a treatment plan consisting of anti-inflammatory meds, custom orthotic insert that took the pressure of the injured area, activity allowance that permitted me to continue activities but dial them back some to allow for healing, and later, an ultrasound treatment that accelerated the last wave of healing. I have regained complete use of my foot without pain. I would highly recommend Dr. G.
