Kind and Empathetic
I've had such bad GI issues for an extended amount of time, and have not had success with the GI doctors I have seen. Because of all this i've felt so depressed and demoralized. Dr. Goldowsky actually made me feel like i was being listened to. He had such a calm and empathetic bedside manner. I actually apologized to him in case I may have had an attitude at the beginning of my appointment. It's been such a tough road, dealing with chronic constipation and poor quality of life. He listened and went over options with me truly making me feel like a partner and also genuinely showing that he cared. I didn't feel rushed or ignored and it meant so much to me. I've already begun to see some progress with the course of action we took and am encouraged for now. Thank you Dr.
