Dr Bautista is amazing staff is questionable. Found my father Inlaw deceased under our farm tractor from a horrible accident and couldn’t make it to my appointment and I called 2 times to do telehealth because my wife was in no shape to drive me the 3 hour round trip with everything going on. Both nurses told me they would call back and didn’t . Then when time to refill meds I was told they couldn’t see me until July 15th. Leaving me needless for the next 8 days which will cause bad withdrawals from meds I’ve been on for many years. They said he would get in trouble because I wasn’t seen but yet he could have done telehealth as I was in office last appointment. Also told to go to ER if I can’t handle my pain with out meds . Is Er even an option that makes me look like a pill seeker or some kinda druggie. It’s sad what we go through as pain patients. I’m in the middle of a lupus flare up and cancer screenings no compassion by staff at all. Will update after my visit.

This man is egotistical and terribly rude. I was referred by other specialists for documented issues. He told me my genetic condition was psychological and that I must be an addict. He stated my connective tissue disorder does not cause pain despite other specialists stating it a chronic lifetime disabling condition. Made me feel labeled and persecuted. Then he reduced my medication by 33 percent in one month. Any legitimate pain specialist would say this is far too aggressive.

Doesn’t listen to patient . Doesn’t call in medicine on time .. left in pain for days until I’ve made 30 calls between health insurance pharmacy and drs office .. had two horribly broken bones and was given an one from another dr saying I would need these meds for chronic pain the rest of my life . And yet still ignores what I say . Is evasive when you explain your issues . Does not get anything done in a timely manner . And I know several patients with this dr that have had the same experience . Find a different dr .this one just wants the insurance payment

Horrible bed side manner and very rude. Dismisses you and your pain like he knows how bad it is when he clearly doesn't. Worst pain Specialist I've ever met.

Horrible bed side manner. Changes your meds that you main doctor puts you on for pain and he changes to things that don't work... tells you that you pain is all psychological even thought other doctors said it wasnt in my head. I've never had such a rude pain specialist in my life. Just horrible.
