Caring, knowledgeable, and professional
Disclaimer: I never leave reviews for anything or anybody, and I am distrustful of most reviews being incentivized in some way. I feel compelled to leave a review for Dr. Cashman because he is the only medical professional I've met with who displays the level of compassion, expertise, and honesty that is so important for fostering a positive doctor-patient relationship, especially in this field. I have been seeing him for almost a year now and am very pleased with his therapeutic approach that he combines with medication management. He spends a lot of time listening and remembering significant details from previous visits. I appreciate that he always encourages introspection and active participation in one's mental health journey. He is extremely empathetic and has never made me feel uncomfortable, even when he challenges some of my belief systems. I believe doctors like Dr. Cashman are such a rarity, and I feel extremely grateful to have him as my psychiatrist.
