Horrific Dr !!!!!
Elderly mother went to ER and was totally dismissed , not treated and hung up phone on me . I’m filing a formal complaint . She’s now in ICU a week later in severe, life threatening condition. If only she would have listened to her patients family .

Would give zero stars if I could
Horrible bedside manner. No empathy or compassion whatsoever. Doctors like her are the reason chronic pain patients are terrified to seek help. They’re why so many of us choose suicide over another disappointing ER or doctor visit. When did compassion become optional in healthcare? It’s honestly heartbreaking and I will never go back to Parkland ED in fear of having her as my provider again.
