Dr. Alexa Kemeny, MD

We were a patient of this office and Dr Kemeny for 20 years with 3 kids. I was a big fan of Dr Kemeny until my college age daughter was sick for a few months and visited several medi clinics but wasn’t getting better. I drove 7 hours to/from her school to pick her up so that she could be seen by her doctor. I called Dr Kemeny’s office on Monday morning at 8:30am and I patiently waited on hold for 12 min. When they finally got to me, I asked for an appointment with Dr Kemeny and they told me that all of the apptmts in this office were now taken (while I was in hold) and I needed to go to a different office. I asked to have my situation explained to Dr Kemeny, yet her response was that she could not fit us in. I sent her multiple emails and zero response. My daughter was seen by a doctor outside of Summit who was committed to helping her (she ended up having several issues). I'm disappointed that Dr. Kemeny & Summit Health have become so transactional. Shameful.

Dr Kemeny was my daughters pediatrician for 7 years, until we moved from New Jersey. She is absolutely the best doctor I’ve ever seen. Not only the nicest, but also incredibly knowledgeable and with the best bedside manner. We are happy that we found a good doctor here in Texas, but no one would compared to her. She is one of a kind.

Dr Kemeny is nothing short of amazing. She has cared for our twins since birth and we have so much to thank her for. To say we have supreme confidence in her medical decisions is an understatement. She truly cares for our children and their well-being; as well as our own. When my kids were under a year old and kept getting sick (passing their illnesses back and forth), I cried to her and she said so many wonderfully supportive things. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Kemeny.
