Dr. Alex Vrable, DO

I have referred many, including my family to his practice. He is a good Dr, but, try to make an appointment. Try sitting in the office at 9am and all your hear is a phone ringing thats not being answered. And its not because his staff is busy, No, we can easily hear the laughter and gossip behind the window and discussions of what they enjoyed about yesterdays lunch and who they will be ordering from that day, and we can clearly hear talk of what is on the menu and what tastes the best... It doesn't matter how sick or sore you are because the secretaries care about themselves, especially when Dr Vrable hadnt made it to the office after hospital rounds. Unfortunately, his previous great staff have retired and this staff is definitely loosing my families business. I need a Dr with a staff who are willing to answer calls as well as act professional while I wait to be seen. I didnt even want to give this review a 1. Its literally THAT bad

Dr. Vrable saved my life,he caught a deadly heart problem that required immediate surgery. I was only 42 years old.

I have been going to Dr. Vrable for at least 20 yrs and love him? The front office staff on the other hand has a lot they could improve on. They are extremely difficult to get on the phone, it usually either rings until a fax machine comes on or you try and call and there is a fast busty signal like it is off the hook. The nurses are very friendly as well, it is just the front office that is lacking a lot!

Dr. Vrable always cares about my health problems whether large or small. He always takes time to listen to my symptoms and if necessary he sends me to a excellent specialist. I had one specialist for my foot Dr Chiaro and another for my stomach problems Dr Ornelas. Dr Vrable saved my mom's life she was going to have a stroke and he heard it!He immediately sent her to a specialist telling them she had a major problem and they gave her coroted artery Kneck surgery. Thank you Dr Vrable!

I have been going to Dr. Vrable since he started in our area. I trust him with my life!

He is the best - understanding and patient - extremely smart and explains everything to me - have been seeing him for a long time and wouldn't change docs for ANYTHING! I feel so comfortable seeing Dr, Vrable!
