Best doctor ever !
Had Dr. Stock as my primary doctor for a good long while ! He took such good care of my wife and I ! I cannot express how amazing , caring , and to the detail to help and care for u as his patient ! No other doctor would guide and help my wife with her fibromyalgia . He did ! And got her doing better ! At that time I was his patient, and expressed even fibromyalgia specific doctors(rheumatologist) from Concord , Mooersville, Charlotte , and Wake forest . During one of my visits, I was talking to Dr. Stock about how we can’t find a doctor to help with her fibromyalgia specific doctors. . He started talking about what he knew of fibromyalgia, I said u know more than any of the rheumatologist she’s seen new . So my wife became his patient, he went right to work getting her dialed in on the right medicine, and had her doing better ! When we found out he was leaving Novant ! We were in shock ! We didn’t know where he was going , Novant would not tell us ! ……WISH WE KNEW WHERE HE WENT !

I sure miss you doctor stock no one could ever replace you !! My doctor my friend ! Wish I could find you best doctor award for 10yrs thank you they missing out by what ever happened I know I am

Outstanding
Dr. Stock is a great doctor one of a few that really listen Dr. Stock if you read this, please get in touch with me. I can’t get an appointment until September 18 in Locust and I really need a refill on one of my medicines. I’ve been out since July the last time it was filled was June 16, I saw Mr. Brockway and she didn’t seem to care either way. I’m not sure how much longer I can hold on. I have an MRI on my shoulder in July. Dr. Martin is trying to get me to do physical therapy again even though it says the tendon is torn and delamination

Best doctor we have ever seen. He has left Lakeside Primary Care and don't know where he went. Have to find another doctor. Been trying for a couple months. Will never find another as caring as him. If we knew where it he went that is where we would go.

He is one of the best doctors we have ever seen. He takes the time to explain everything and he really gets to know his patients. You couldn’t find a better doctor

He was by far the best doctor I have ever had!
Dr.Stock never made me feel like I was “holding him up” I hadn’t been a patient too long before I got pregnant with my 5th child,sadly he passed away@3months old but this doctor was ALWAYS like a Dr, a friend,a therapist and much more to me! Helped me in so many ways and I’m so sad to see him go… will always love Dr.Stock
