Bad doctor
Seen him three times, all three times he questioned my condition, even when I brought him the paper work from several places. He helped me, and I wouldn't trust him to make a sandwich.

After going to several other neurologist, I was given Dr. Steinbock's name. I've been to see him 3 times now. He truly cares About his patients, takes time to answer my questions, and has a very good bed side manner. I highly recommend him and his office! The office staff if friendly and efficient.

Arrogant! Spend 5min , no eye contact, no actual neurological exam . When I asked about more information about a medication he wanted me on he said-research? I or the insurance is not paying him so I can do a research! Do your self , body and mind a favor and find a more respectable neurologist that is not there only for his pay check!!!

No complaints about Dr Steinboch. I do question the double charge when I visit His office--I pay $35.00 co-pay and an additional $56.00 for "clinical charge" because I use the Hospitals facilities.---Hello---If that is what I can expect every time I visit Him--perhaps it would be to my advantage to seek a Doctor who's office is not in a Hospital. This really sounds silly---I have to pay for the chair that I sit in?

I have no complaints about Dr. Steinbock himself. In fact, I found him to be quite knowledgeable. His office staff on the other hand leave much to be desired. Not only did I have to repeatedly call to keep on top of my situation they also provided the wrong diagnostic codes for my condition so that my insurance would not cover the procedure. No one seemed to know what was going on with anything when I called. Now, I feel I must seek out another neurologist and start this process over.

Love him, He was very kid and he knew exactly what was wrong with me and gave me the medicine I needed and it worked perfectly. First doctor to get it right.

Dr. Steinbock has no bedside manner. He is completely impressed with himself and I have no idea why because he did not help me at all. I was admitted in the hospital with a migraine. Dr. Steinbock had no answers on how to treat it. The medical doctor at the hospital literally told me to find another neurologist who would take an interest in helping me and gave me some names.
