It is my hope that doctors + practitioners can make more of an effort to listen and understand their patients needs. Also that they don't fear helping you on the spot with your primary concern instead of referring you (or not referring you) to another doctor.

I was seen promptly and felt that the Dr. assessed my needs at the consult. I wasn't given the paperwork that was needed beforehand, so I think that may have delayed the recommendations at the initial visit. I do have to say, that the amount of homeless population walking the streets was a bit unsettling. I went out the wrong door and back in as my husband wasn't there but in the back. I was told to walk around and then cursed at by who I assume was a patient, but looked somewhat transient. Did not feel safe outside of the office whatsoever. Staff was all professional and attentive and excellent visit otherwise!

Dr. Kipp listens well, is clear and professional in his communication. I'm thankful he hears what I say and works with me, not against me. Dr. Kipp also talks to me, not at me and this is appreciated very much. The facility and exam room was clean also, thank you.
