Great doctor good bedside manners
Very thankful for Dr Hennessy and his team. They always get me right in for a bladder scan when I'm not feeling well and they never make me feel uncomfortable about uncomfortable situations.

I went to Urology Associates of Danbury with Kidney Stones. I had them on both sides. This was confirmed in the ER. Dr Hennessy missed that. Told me I and the ER were wrong. I had to have a stent put in. When they took the 1st one out, they left me in the room naked with no robe or gown for 20 minutes until a little rude PA came in to remove the stent. She had no bedside manner. I was scared to say the least and had questions but all I was told was to lay down, multiple times. From there she began to pull the string that was attached to the stent. It was beyond painful. I complained about the other side hurting a couple of weeks later and got a call from the PA telling me the stone was not coming down, it should not hurt. 2 days later I was in the ER having emergency surgery. Another stent now. I was sent home with no pain medication because obviously everyone abuses them. So I called Dr H but only got the PA and was told to deal with the pain of the stent. Have to love that office.
