Whenever I have an appointment there are always concerns that I have to address but they tend to get pushed aside and turned into another topic. I have many medical problems but they are marginalized when I bring them up unfortunately.

He did not listen - or appear to listen to me - documented incorrectly in my medical record - because he WAS NOT listening. Also not concerned I wasted my time for wrong type of appt. Also did not validate my concerns for money expenditure or waste my time.

I went because of flu symptoms. Got tested for that & Covid in my car. Was negative. Came in for examination and she recommended chest X-ray... good thing because I had pneumonia. So I got treated for it.

Dr. Faustin is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He's so personable and he could joke around for a minute and then get right back to the seriousness of the appointment. That to me is amazing because I'm always nervous every time I go into everything, and he calms me down.

Great Dr. And nice office staff and nurses. He takes the time to listen and I never feel rushed or as if my concerns are not valid. Multiple members of my family see him and we could not be happier. I finally have a Dr. That I am comfortable with and takes the time to listen and reviews all new/existing records to determine the best treatment plans
