Dr. Arce will take the time to listen and educate. He tailored my care to my priorities while placing my health first and foremost.

Dr.Arce is a great doctor! He’s very attentive, proactive, and you can genuinely tell he cares about what is best for his patients. I’ve been seeing him for a little over a year now and I’ve always left my appointments feeling confident that my health was in good hands.

Dr. Arce is so friendly and kind. He actually listens to your concerns and helps to resolve them. He's a real gem, so grateful to have him as our doctor.

What an awesome doctor. I transferred to Dr. Arce after my primary care doctor moved her practice to the other side of town. My initial visit with him was great. He spent about 45 minutes with me - getting to know me, understanding my health concerns, and talking about how he would be there for me. I had a recent surgery and he personally called me late a few evenings before the surgery to be sure that everything that needed to be handled by him had been covered. I've never had a personal call from a doctor in more than 20 years. I'm looking forward to many years of visits with Dr. Arce.

I have a more uncommon neuropsych issue, not something you would normally even go to a PCP about. Even when we were back and forth about a lot of things, he always listened to everything I said. If I needed a note he wrote one. If I needed authorization for private testing he approved it. Still let me try medications, still ran long lists of tests, still responded outside work hours, AND still did research between our appointments to make sure that he's not making the wrong call when figuring out what's wrong.A few months later, we are beginning to agree on a lot of the same stuff and the diagnosis I had mentioned at our very first appointment is now being considered. Please don't be discouraged if you have something he has never treated, seen, or heard of before. He needs time to process and research it. I really don't think there's genuinely any other PCP that could be any better than him. Plus, he gives fist bumps.

I had been a mess for several decades. Nobody would listen to me. I’d had severe depression from physical injuries since childhood. Too many problems to portray here. I’d finally ended up in er for a panic attack and they had me going in for every test on my heart and head. I kept telling them it was my neck. Then I finally got into to dr Arce after waiting 4 months. What a change. He got me to a great team of doctors who listen and know how to treat patients. Most impactful has been treatment for a tiny nerve in my neck that’s caused heightened fight or flight, head and ear pain, eye pain, lack of sleep, jaw pain, shoulder knots, ADHD and more. Life was not worth it. He even saved me from a reverse shoulder replacement suggested by three doctors. The fourth which was the one he sent me to offered PT. Now I have 95% of use again and am continuing to improve with no surgery. DR Alex Arce is a gift to his patients. I owe him more than I can ever repay.

Dr. Arce is knowledgeable and caring. He takes time to listen and ask questions. He has been my family’s doctor for several years, and I Hope is continues to be our doctor for a long time to come.

Dr Alex Arce and his nurse Ms. Charlene are the real ALL-STAR team. I found him and decided to try him out from a referral from my previous PCP. I was terrified to try a new doctor because I have experienced a lot of medical gaslighting for decades. From day 1, Dr Arce has made it a point to allow me to voice my concerns, entertains my humor, genuine concern for my mental health, asks about my family, ordered tests, provided his medical opinion, investigated my medical claims, investigated my records for clues, and has respected my presence. He is a doctor because he has the healer's heart. Ms. Charlene has always been prompt and quick with everything she has done for me. She is so funny, comforting, thorough, and makes the entire experience inviting. I don't want to see anyone else. I want him and her to be my PCP care team for life and yes, I will follow him in this city if I have to. I HIGHLY recommend him. I am grateful for THEM!!!

Dr. Arce is very thorough. He makes sure to include me as the patient into the discussion. He discusses any details in a basic and easy way to understand. He's also very personable.

I could go on for hours about Dr. Arce he is simply the best doctor in our entire area the biggest thing is he actually cares about his patients ( and family) and he is very interested in their health problems. I have to say most of the doctors I see for other things can't wait to get you in and then out with them you better bring notes because they have that assembly line mind set and sometimes miss things. I bring my mom to him and he treats her like a diamond. That's why Dr. Arce is really the only doctor I trust.”

He is compassionate, caring and patient with me, he has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure I understand what is going on and answers questions or concerns via email, I just can't say enough wonderful things about my care with Dr arce, I hope and pray he remains to be my my health care provider till my last day on this earth, I trust him my well being, and I feel very fortunate and blessed to have him as my physician!!! Would highly recommend him to my family and friends!!!

Dr Arce listens and has suggestions for life improvements and always has time to talk about whatever I have to report. Very personal and caring. His staff is amazing too. Love the nurse. Sweetest lady. Thanks to the whole team.

Dr Arce takes his time listening to all concerns and symptoms before jumping to any conclusions. He is kind and when he talks to you about his concerns, he speaks clearly and calmly and doesn't ignore even our small concerns - he finds the sweet spot. I am very grateful to have him as my doctor.

He doesn’t jump to extremes, nor does he brush smaller concerns off- he finds the sweet spot. Very thankful I was appointed to him by my insurance. Couldn’t imagine having anyone else.
