Been with Dr Krunic for over 10 years. Ive been to many many dermatologists in chicago. He was the only one able to find out that i got allergic from my thyroid medication. Thank you for being so patience and did not give up on me.

Horrible Experience
ALH spotted in my hand. They removed it. While sewing up my hand, doctor severs my nerve sending excruciating pain through my ring finger. He gets upset during surgery and says 'at least I am not dead' Now 8 months later and my finger is still numb, the area where he removed the cancer healed poorly and I feel pain in my hand daily, numb finger tips and the last time I was in his office I was asked by the staff how I was feeling. I explained, she then tells me 'at least you're not dead' Truly unreal, I then sat in my underwear for 35 minutes in the under heated space. Embarrassed, I got dressed, walked out of the room to see the staff joking around with each other, and walked out of the office. It has been two weeks and no one has called to see what happened to me. I truly wish I would have never gone to see this doctor that one day and went to another doctor instead. Susanne at the front desk is HORRIBLE.BAD BAD BAD

I wish he were as fabulous as he thought he was. I had three appts with him; the shortest wait time was 45 mins, but there was only one other person in the waiting room. 2nd time I waited over 1.5 hrs to have him spend less than 5 mins w/ me. Every appt said I should purchase some non-medical product from office. Aft being asked to come in for an appt only to be told I would not be getting the treatment expected , I fnd a more ethical doctor. 2b fair, knew his stuff. But I'm not his ATM.

I met Dr. Krunic when I was 22-now I’m 33. He is the provider who will PROPERLY diagnose & treat you. Prior to him I saw numerous providers, pills, peels & NOTHING worked! More than likely he’ll be late b/c: he rounds & see patients in the hospital, returns phone calls to other providers who turn to him for advice, answers his clinical staff’s concerns & patients in clinic. I was given 5min our very first visit, nursye came in w/the RX, I laughed & I went home.IT WORKED!Look at their perspective

1.5 hours late to consult appt. 45 min late to procedure appt. Doctor did not prep me for procedure OR for follow up care. Spent under 5 minutes with me to remove several moles and left me with assisting doctors to complete stitches. Didn't even show up for my follow up appointment. Staff are super rude and can't handle basic questions. Insurance submitted incorrectly. A nightmare from start to finish. STAY AWAY

I brought my 19 yr old son for acne treatment. Nice modern office with lots of services, great staff - especially Suzanne, products for acne affordable and work well. Dr. Krunic is polite, confident and eager to help and get you fast results and relief. I highly recommend this dermatologist.

He's never on time for appointments - usually late 45 minutes to an hour and a half. The waiting room is always full of patients because the doctor is not there. He is completely inconsiderate & not respectful of anyone's time. I scheduled an appointment first thing in the morning - he shouldn't be running late. After 1.25 hours, the receptionist said he hadn't even arrived yet! Other patients in the waiting room said it constantly happens. I cancelled and found a doctor who keeps appts.

This is a horrible office and horrible doctor. He saw me for a few minutes about an allergy that I was having on my legs, then his not friendly nurse came into the room and handle me a piece of paper giving me a diagnosis of an emotional disorder in which a person picks on her skin. He totally disregarded what I'd told him, about the itching and things that makes it worse etc. In less than 10 minutes he gave me a emotional disorder diagnosis! I got out of there infuriated! I don't believe this p

Avoid this doctor!! I was in the waiting room with 12 other people and heard one of the nurses say he wasn't even there yet. I was already there for 30 minutes. I walked out. There are plenty of other responsible dermatologists out there, Chicago.

Dr. Krunic did not listen and take any time helping me. I went in to get a mole scan as well as talk about acne I was having on my back. He spent 1 minute with me and was extremely rushed since he had a waiting room full of people. He quickly had me lift up the back of my shirt, glanced at my back and had his assistant prescribe me all kinds of acne solutions to buy from the pharmacy. He never did the mole scan like I asked for. I do not trust him or his decisions and will never go back.

This doctor talked me into removing a mole off my back that turned out to not be malignant. I said I didn't want to do it, because I wasn't sure if my insurance was still valid after being let go and I couldn't afford the copay. He told me he would wave the copay and had the lady at the front desk check my insurance. She said it was still valid. I then specifically said, you better be sure, because I'm not paying for this if my insurance turns out to be invalid. Turns out my insurance was i

Went to get a cyst Removed from scalp. Waited 45 mins in waiting room. Another 45 mins in the exam room. Saw dr krunic, he said I had acne and dandruff (which I barely have since I just went to my hair dresser and he didn't say anything and I hadn't noticed either) so he pushed those expensive products on me. Then they set me up for the procedure and he came back and hour later to do a 20 min procedure. Didn't tell me I had to wear a bandage on my head for 2 days. Was very painful afterwards too
