Dr Victoria has been our Doctor for more 19 years...and three years ago we moved to another state four hours away, but we continued our relationship with Dr Victoria. And most of the staff have been with him almost as long. He does take the time to understand why you think you have problem and responds accordingly. And sometimes you really do …. and that's when he really gets going.....no one will provide better service even when he has referred you to another doctor...he stays in touch 10 - 10 - 10. The staff is really good ! We all have favorites and Shelly is our.

Absolutely outstanding in every way. Treats you like family. Takes the necessary time to provide first class preventive care and treatment when diagnosis has been made in all situations. Kind, compassionate and thorough. Always has time whether you have appointment or you need to be seen in between appointments. He is one in a million among primary care providers. His nurse assistant, Barbara, and his primary staff members, Shelley, JJ, and Jenny are cut from the same mold.... great.

Dr. Victoria is great and the staff even better but he has added a new doctor who I personally believe spends to much time on the computer instead of interacting with me as a patient

Called this morning requesting an appt today. I have flu like symptoms and have a weak immune system. Was called back hours later and told the doctor said Take Tylenol. Looking for new PCP.
