Dr. Alejandro Treszezamsky, MD

Doctor did surgeries and went well on 3/2022. But since then I'm been having UTI every month. He did not want to continue helping on recurring infections. He just send me prescriptions only, he said he will not see me after my 6th UTI, and I was already on my 5th one. It was not normal, to me he does not cares. Make sure your insurance is in network; I still getting invoices since 1 year ago. Personal is hard to communicate, they hardly call you back. Now 2023 still looking for a good Urologist to help with my recurring UTI.

Staff is cold, uncaring. They need to be reminded that patients have the power to hire and fire. Doctor’s bedside manner needs Improvement

He did a sling procedure a few months ago. The incontinence that I had for years was getting worse. I’m 54 years, content with myself; with the exception of this problem. Dr T. give me confidence and explain the procedure with patience and careful; the surgery was excellent. I was out of the hospital in a few hours. No complications after. Now I feel so much better and confident again. He’s deserve 5 stars !! Thank you for understanding and compassion.

He did a bladder suspension surgery with mesh on my aunt last year. He came with high reviews, however, my aunt was always in tears when she left his office due to his lack of patience and compassion. At first everything seemed good after the surgery but within in a month she started to develop pain and urinary retention. He would only do a cursory exam and send her away saying the surgery went well. He did not listen to or take her complaints seriously. She was left to her own to find a physician that could help her as the pain became increasingly worse and had many trips to the emergency room to have catheters placed in order to urinate. Now after 2 more surgeries with a physician that listened, she is pain free and urinating without any problems. The mesh has been removed and she is on the road to recovery. Dr Treszezamsky’s lack of caring after the surgery he performed was surprising.

Dr. T is the most Caring Surgeon I have ever met. He is truly a blessing.

He deserves all of his 5 star reviews! I would give him even more stars. He treats conditions that can be embarassing and uncomfortable with such compassion. He explains everything, has great bedside manner and solves problems! His staff is top notch as well, in a smooth running office! This doctor has greatly improved my wuality of life. I wish I had gone to see him sooner.BEST DOCTOR EVER!

I've been a patient of Dr. Trezezamsky for over 2 years. He is a professional and caring doctor who takes the time to listen to my health issues.

I would recommend Dr. "T" to any woman who has the problems he addresses. He is kind, personable, and listens to you, the patient. I have never walked away feeling rushed or uninformed. I am going to stay with this doctor for sure. Besides, he is a Spurs fan!
