This doctor was a trauma surgeon pulled in for my surgery he was excellent his team is very comforting and explained everything.

Total disregard on waiting times and over booking the number of patients causing increases in wait times. After long waiting periods, then the doctor, Dr.Betancourt will not spend more than 5-10 minutes addressing your issue because of the backlog of patients waiting to be seen. I switched to a new doctor and was able to finally get a correct diagnosis and proper treatment.
