went for dizziness, racing HR and chest pain. After ekg, this doctor came in and was extremely dismissive. Told me I just have anxiety and I should see someone for this (failed to document this)Told me I just need to eat healthy and drink water… without asking about my eating habits or anything. I asked follow up questions that he brushed off. I got no solution to what I had been struggling with. He mentioned tests but made them seem like a waste of his time and suggested I just wait till my symptoms get worse. Therefore I left.. I will see a doctor that has interest in my case. He notated that it was I who declined further treatment. If this doctor had more education it would’ve been clear I came in with symptoms of pots syndrome. They even documented my heart rate went from 112 to 91 when laying down. Because of this doctors lack of care, I went another 6 months of struggling before feeling comfortable reaching out to a different doctor. It was the most invalidating experience.

I saw Dr Kitch at an Instacare in Taylorsville, UT. My complaint: I could not hear out of my right ear. After examining me, he proceeded to tell me that he couldn't see anything in my ear, and was concerned that the problem might be more serious. He put me on antibiotics/steroids and suggested I see an ENT if the problem didn't resolve. I called my ENT the next Monday, as the problem was still happening, and to my great relief - it was simply a ball of wax. The ENT removed it and my hearing returned. Dr Kitch, thanks for the anxiety-inducing weekend, it was a real joy. Best of all, you billed me $140 for the misdiagnosis (don't worry, I'm appealing it with my insurance). I cannot recommend this doctor to anyone.

Not a good experience with Dr Kitch. He did not listen to my concern and I was even more surprised to hear about his thought on my BP. My BP at the time was 151/105. His words here... “Because your BP has been like that for long time, you waiting on medication for another few weeks wouldn’t be a problem. I hold a doctors degree in different medical field. I wouldn’t say something like that to my patient. Formally complained to his employer already.

When I first began working with Dr. Kitch I liked his demeanor and enthusiasm. I have several doctors in my immediate family and it was nice to feel that freshness of someone so new to the field. It soon became apparent just how new he is. On both occasions I came to him for apparent minor ailments, I was (later confirmed by other professionals) given very irrelevant/incorrect advice. He wasted my time and my money and could have cost me further health concerns. I do not recommend this doctor.
