From my first visit with Dr. Berti, I knew he had a gift. So kind, attentive & most importantly knowledgeable. I was very well informed of all aspects of my care. Dr. Berti prioritized understanding my experience & ensuring I felt heard.

Dr. Berti was very thorough, very compassionate, very patient, very understanding. I felt his care led to a great recovery.

Dr. Berti is extremely knowledgeable in concussions and whiplash. He's been able to understand my symptoms and explain the why behind them. He asks the right questions and listens to the responses in order to better understand my needs. Highly recommend. I have met with him virtually and in person.

Dr Berti is a true professional. Our experience with him was outstanding. He listened intently to our issues and any questions, and even went above and beyond for something I was concerned about when he didn't have to. Many doctors today are short and have poor bedside manner, don't listen and will even gaslight you about your concerns. Dr Berti is not one of those doctors. He is what every medical professional should strive to be and I truly mean that. He restored some of my hope in the medical field as well as humanity. May I begin by saying Dr. Berti is THE BEST!I was referred to Dr. Berti because of a concussion I suffered among other things after a very bad car accident . I was experiencing much pain, had consistent migraines to name a few things. From the first consultation, Dr. Berti was very attentive to me, a great LISTENER who made me feel that my input was valued and with compassion he put a plan of care that as of today I feel like a NEW person! He has been a blessing to me. The Office that calls and set appointments has very kind and professional staff who also treats you with dignity and respect!I highly recommend Dr. Berti to anyone and you will NOT be disappointed! The way he helped me understand

Over a period of nine months Dr. Berti treated my needs that lead to my improvement and is available to help me again if needed. My gratitude for his care!!

What stood out about my visit is when the doctor asked how are you? What’s going on with you. How are you feeling, how can we resolve what’s going on with you. Lots of questions got answered. I like Dr. Berti an would recommend him.

Dr. Berti took the time to understand my concerns and issues. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the proper treatment and was able to get recovery.

I was in a car accident the beginning of June. I had a concussion and whiplash. My back, neck, right shoulder and my head hurt so much I couldn't function. My head hurt so badly that I couldn't stand sound, movement, or light. I couldn't open my eyes unless lighting was dim. Couldn't rest, sit, stand, work, drive. NOTHING! I'm a highly active person and I never get sick. That accident flipped my world completely up side down. I was referred to ALB Pain management and spine care soon after I was hurt. They got me in quickly. I don't remember my first couple appointments with them other then how caring , gentle and professional they all were. I received injections in my spine from the Dr. at ALB. Before that appointment I was so scared. I had so many fears about it, I almost didn't do it.but I did. This staff really cares and it shows. They explained everything step by step .I felt well informed and comforted. I received the injection in my spine about 2 months after the accident

Dr. Berti and his staff were excellent throughout the process of my treatment. Very responsive and communicative, I couldn’t recommend them more.

Dr. Berti gave a thorough evaluation, explanation of my concussion symptoms, explanation of recommended supplements and prescriptions along with side effects. The follow up appointments he would check on my symptoms and if there were any changes or side effects from medications. We eventually weaned off the prescriptions and he checked in with me to make sure there were no issues. Dr. Berti displayed a caring attitude while being knowledgeable and time efficient and allowing time for answering any questions. I would seek out his services in the future if I have any neuro issues or changes and would recommend him to others.

I appreciate Dr. Berti and his staff. They were extremely nice and after the injection I definitely feel like I’m closer recovery than ever before. Thank you for your care!!

Dr. Berti and his staff are amazing! I was always kept informed by him and his staff about everything. They are great with reminder calls, and when I needed injections on my back and neck they told me what to expect and for how long to expect it for.I have been to doctors offices before and it was a unfortunate turn of events that brought me to Dr. Berti, but I’ve never felt so well cared for or been shown such consideration as I did with him and his staff.I will let everyone know about him, if they ever have need of him and if I ever need someone again in the future there is no doubt as to where I’ll be going.
