Dr. Aldo Alleva, MD

He is by far the best primary care physician I have ever had throughout my entire life. He is also very friendly and he always listens and addresses any concerns. His staff are also friendly. Never had a single bad experience and anytime I have needed them they were always ready to help. He also has a very good kind personality and always smiles. He feels a lot more like a friend than my doctor. If you are looking for a PCP, highly recommended!!!!

At first couple of years seemed okay. Had a problem,called his office ten times in two days to not receive a call.it wasn’t till the 11 th time,when got answering service and left messages that he didn’t need to call,I would just get a new doctor that I got phone call the next morning. I could tell in his voice he had an attitude. I went to see him later that day and he took blood and urine.He told me that my back was bothering me because I laid in bed for 4 days. He called the next night and told me that my white blood cell count was high & that my kidney function was high.He said don’t worry I ordered you antibiotics and you will take for 3 days and see me on Monday.Unfortunately he never looked at my past history. Had Afib,high blood pressure,diabetes &had sepsis twice before. Decided to go to emergency room and found that I had sepsis again and if I waited till Monday I would be dead. That was according to Northwell Hospital. My retired doctor had called me 3 times before Dr Alleva called me once. Do your self a favor and find a doctor that really cares

Dr. Alleva is a most compassionate, caring doctor who, in my experience listens and prescribes the most efficient treatment.

Alleva is the most condescending, flippant, labile, untrustworthy, egotistical doctor I have ever visited. He treats his patients inhumane, shows absolutely no empathy, and is without doubt the most heartless and ruthless person in the healthcare profession I have ever met. If I could give infinite negative stars for his performance as a physician and as a person I would without hesitating. I would highly warn and caution anyone who is thinking of seeing him. You could not pick a worse doctor. He should absolutely not be working in this profession let alone caring for any patients.

They are difficult to contact and never got back to me.
