My daughter and I LOVE Dr. Richardson. She is very knowledgeable, professional and speaks to my daughter on her level. I can't say enough about Dr. Richardson!!! Will definitely recommend her

Dr. Edwards-Richards does an incredible job explaining things to my son. It helps him feel more in control of his health and the situation, which really eases his anxiety. It would be easy for her to just address me as the adult in the room, but she makes a point to address my son directly.

Dr. Richards is an amazing provider. She is always interactive with us, patient, and takes the time to answer our questions. We are so grateful for Dr. Richards and the care she provides to our daughter. The front office/reception staff are usually so welcoming and friendly. However, on this visit they seemed preoccupied and showed disinterest in us. I had placed a call a couple of days prior to our daughter's appointment to ask a question and never heard back. Usually this office is pretty responsive, so I am just hoping it was an off-week or something.

Dr Alica is extremely kind. She goes into extra detail about the body anatomy. Not in a hurry at all, she gives enough time for questions. She is very calm and understanding. I would recommend her a hundred times over!

Me and my Husbad really like this provider, she broke down everything and explained everything to us about what is going on with my son and what next steps to do. She listened and helped us with any questions we had. Would highly recommend her.
