Telehealth
My criticism is not toward Dr. Arbelto Rojas, who was always friendly and professional during the year he treated me, but rather toward his secretary's terrible customer service. On February 4th, I called to request my medical record and resume my treatment, explaining that I didn't have health insurance. However, the secretary was rude and arrogant, interrupting me without letting me speak. He dismissively informed me that I had to pay $300 to start and $150 for each consultation. More than the cost, what outraged me was his attitude. I felt rejected and humiliated. The doctor should reconsider if this is the image he wants to project, since as patients we seek support in difficult times. I will only return to collect my medical record, but I will not see myself there again. Not because of the doctor, but because of his secretary's lack of respect.

Dr. Rojas Really Cares
Have had this doctor for a little over a year now and he's completely changed my life for the better. He's really interested in listening and helping his patients without just over-prescribing. 10/10 recommend!
