Office staff is rude and unresponsive. They refuse to response to pharmacy with questions regarding physician approved medication refills and will not submit necessary information they have available to pharmacy so that doctor approved medication can be dispensed. This puts patient at extreme risk. This can be attributed to lack of competence or they simply don't care. This leaves patient no choice but to go to hospital as daily medication is an absolute necessity.

If I could give zero stars I would. The quality of care that Dr. Thompson provides is simply atrocious. I am not surprised he has had multiple Board actions against him. He ignores issues and does not follow up. He let me go so long with a specific condition (3 years!) that the by the time I was referred to a specialist for surgery (which I had to demand he do) the surgeon said he never seen inflammation so bad in his entire career. I am now dealing with yet another similar condition that he has generally ignored and not offered any help or suggestions, only steroid injections...just like last time. I've had to demand again that he refer me to a specialist after 2 years with this current issue. He does not take the time to even graze over your history before walking into the exam room. Twice he has entered the room with needles ready to inject the wrong part of my body. Twice! Dr Thompson is a nice enough man... he just is not qualified to practice medicine other giving flu shots.
