Wanted to make an appointment
Dr. Quiery's staff was too busy to help me today, this is not acceptable. Maybe folks/patients should be aware of this. My wife has been diagnosed with Myelofibrosis JAK2 V617F Mutation Positive. I did what I was instructed to do last Friday 12/30/22 when I call his office and was told to get a referral from a nice and professional staff member at his office. I did get the referral over the New Year and called his office again 1/3/23 because he was closed the day before and that I understand. I called this morning 2 times and was told I'd have to wait until tomorrow 1/4/23 because the person I talked to on 12/30/22 was too busy doing another job. Not what I am looking for in a doctor, shame on your staff for treating potential patients like this. These patients, my wife, are dying and should be treated with more compassion. The problem rating Dr. Quiery this way is not fair and is So SAD... because Dr. Quiery probably doesn't even know that this happened. We heard so many good things.
