From the team up front to the care team, Dr Ong and his team at Orlando Urology provided fantastic service and care. Impressive, all around. Thank you Dr Ong!

My visit with Dr. Ong lasted 5 minutes in total, I know doctors have a busy and tight schedule, but it felt like he didn't take the time to listen to my concerns. He prescribed medications without explaining what they were for, which didn't work. Follow up visit was the same thing, a visit that lasted 5 minutes which ended with him deciding I was okay now even though I said I was still feeling pain. By the time I could get another word out, he was already opening the door and motioning me out of the room. This is just my experience, but definitely won't be coming back.

Dr. Ong is a skilled doctor and was able to resolve my issues. However, I had an incredibly shady experience here in regards to billing. I went in for an appointment and paid my copay. They did some tests and acted as if they were routine parts of the appointment. However, they did not inform me that these were classified as surgical procedures that were going to be additional items invoiced to me and the insurance company. After calling, as usual, the buck was passed to the insurance company because they "dont know whats covered and what isn't". However, they do know that what they're doing is another line item on their bill and neglected to be transparent about it. The next month, I ended up with a surprise bill for surgical procedures. If you want an honest and transparent provider, look elsewhere.

My husband has used Dr. Ong several times, and we've found him to be not only extremely competent, but to also possess a wonderful bedside manner. He is professional yet incredibly warm and kind. Highly recommend.

He removed a kidney from my husband.

I usually don't review places but please do not go here! I'm serious. I came here saw the doctor he scheduled me to get a ultrasound, came back got one and the ultrasound tech wasn't nice. She pulled and yanked me and was irritated that I wasn't laying right. She didn't do a thorough ultrasound on my kidney because a week before I had my ultrasound here I was at my G.I doctor and he found a 9mm kidney stone which is way to big to pass on it's own. So why didn't Dr. Ong find it.... Disgusting

He was a disaster. He was the worst doctor in my life. His staffs are also the same as him. Go and waste your cash or copay with this horrible guy.

This doctor was very kind and thorough. He and his staff made my experience great. Great service, great care! I'd recommend him to everyone!
