Not impressed. Sorry the office was busy that morning, I was on time, but I must have been part of the problem which is why it was okay to be short & condescending in every response. If you want to be belittled for why you chose to come to his location, as opposed to another closer to home, are interested in making sure you get the lowest cost medication, or even curious about you blood type don't bother. You're dumb for asking! You clearly aren't smart enough to choose a location that works for your lifestyle. Why would you even consider asking about medication costs to make sure you are getting the most affordable prescriptions, and by the way your blood type doesn't matter so don't waste his time trying to learn about your body. In 42 years, I've never encountered an attitude like this from a doctor’s office visit. Thanks for bringing me on as new patient and completely wasting my time and healthcare investment. He doesn't look into what might be causing problems. I was having tremors & wondered if I had Parkinson's. He said no, I didn't have it & everyone gets shaky. Upon reading side effects of Omeprazole, I discovered that every one of my symptoms was listed, I had been on it for years for GERDS. I don't think I should have to figure things out on my own. I stopped taking the pills and my problems improved, and I asked to be put on another medication for heartburn.
