Disappointing! He failed to keep his word regarding anti anxiety or sleep medication to be given during nerve ablation of my wife who had vertigo and severe arthritis in shoulders.

Not patient focused.
He does not listen to patient concerns, relies on his intern for patient background and recommendations and spends very little actual time with the patient. He is rigid and unwilling to consider individual patient concerns and specific health circumstances. I would not go back to him or recommend him. Ever.

Bad experience. Very rushed. He spent 5 minutes with mei of the hour I was scheduled with him. I had images last week, I told his assistant, the PA and him. Nobody even tried to get them and it was a U OF R imaging center so there should have been easy access. So, I called and the center immediately faxed a report. Then, I was told he's far too busy to look at the report, he's triple booked all day. So, a resident will call me. That didn't even happen. I drove an hour. Waste.

Dr. Koh seems to genuinely care. He takes all the time you need, doesn't talk down to you or over your head. He has a relaxing manner. He did a nerve block on me and was amazing: I barely felt a thing.
