Horrible Service
Horrible patient services and receptionist hung up in my face several times!!!! Receptionist misinformed regarding testing facilities and refused patient information!!!Female nurse rate below a 1 star! Failure to provide proper care!

Wonderful pain management doctor!
I’ve been under Dr. Gros’ care since March of 2022. My previous doctor retired and I must say that the transition between the two doctors could not have been any better! I have chronic pain due to Degenerative Disc Disease and Dr. Gros seems to genuinely care that my pain levels are under control and is quick to respond to any other concerns or questions that I may have. I find that both he and his staff are very professional and are always helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend Dr. Gros to anyone in need of quality pain management care! One more thing, for any of my appointments to see the doctor I’ve never had to sit in the wait area any longer than 20 minutes! (I always time my waiting no matter where I go! Old habit!)
