I was referred to Dr.Zalta because I needed cornea transplants and cataract removal; however due to Glaucoma there was no room for them to even operate and I wasn't even safe for dilation. He saw me and had me in for emergency surgery for one eye in 3 days, a Saturday, and the other eye 3 days later. After ten short days, my Glaucoma was cured and I was safe for dilation and to proceed with my other needed surgeries. He saved my sight. I will be forever grateful??

Dr. Alan Zalta is a renowned ophthalmologist among his patients and his professional peers. He has the knowledge, skills, the experience and courage to tackle the most challenging cases.
Dr. Alan Zalta’s diagnosis, treatment and continuing care is stellar.
Dr. Zalta is in the vanguard of his field and that is why my wife and I travel a third of the way around the world each year for a check-up. My wife and I are grateful and feel blessed to have found Dr. Zalta.

Dr. Zalta is a professional who knows his business. He is rigorous with the science yet explains it in great detail exactly what he plans to do in terms that a lay person can understand. His forecast for successful outcomes hinges on a patient following his instructions as they should. I did, and I have success and I highly recommend him, maximum stars.

Very caring and knowledgeable . Have been with him for over 19 years. my condition has been stable since 1999. The one thing I am really impressed with is I don"t have long waits before see him. If my appointment is at 1:00 I am seen by him within five to seven minutes.

Dr. Zalta is experienced, knowledgeable, methodical, totally hands on. He has had my pressures controlled and stabilized for over six years now. The surgeries he performed on my eyes have yielded very positive results and have also remained stable for over six years. In my opinion, he has saved my eyesight. I would recommend him very highly.

Dr. Zalta has been treating my glaucoma for almost 20 years and, thanks to that care, my illness has been stabilized. While it's been years since my original diagnosis, the glaucoma is still in the early stages. With something as critical as one's eyesight, it's extremely important to have someone who knows what they're doing and takes pride in doing their job with perfection.
