No Empathy
This review is a long time coming - a visit from 1998. He treated me as if I was a hysterical child. He actually said to me 'what's wrong with you now?' No empathy. In the end I lost the eyesight in my right eye entirely. He didn't believe me when I told him that each morning I woke up more of my eyesight was going. He told me to take a baby aspirin each day and see him in six months.

Happy patient
I would like to start my review by saying I went to Dr. Uliss with one of my patient. And first I was a little scare, because I heard he bad comments about his staff and how rude and nasty they were to his patients. Well I got to say Dr. Uliss have hired new people and the new girls are great, they are very friendly and respectful. Milly and Yessie that is how Dr. Uliss calls them have always a smile on their face and treat every patient with love atleast that is all I saw while I was there. I think every medical office should've staff like that. Dr. Uliss thank you for being such a good and professional doctor. Just for you information changing your staff is a big plus.I wish Milly and Yessie the best and please keep being the way you guys are, believe it or not you guys make a big difference to the practice. I hope you guys be appreciated the way you guys deserve, not everyday you find staff like you guys. God bless you. Keep the good work.

Pleased
I have been a patient of Dr. Uliss for a few years now. I am sure that it is more than five years. He is thorough and explains well. He answers all of my concerns regarding my vision and eye care. I have always felt comfortable speaking with him and he understands.

Receptionist was nasty and rude over the phone. No matter how good Dr. Ulis might be, I decided to cancel my appointment because I’m not giving a dime to an office that’s paying insubordinate people like this awful woman.

Avoid at all costs!!! Dr.Uliss didn't listen to my mother's repeated complaints that her sight was changing & that she was having difficulty seeing. Despite the repeated appointments she had with him & his incompetent technician he failed to listen to help her. I finally took her somewhere professional & they were able to help preserve her remaining sight. He also refused to provide us with her medical records which is against the law. Stay away from this fraudulent place & find a professional>
