Dr. Shorofsky is a good doctor. He is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. My husband and I have been his patient for almost 20 years. As good as Dr. Shorofsky is, his front office staff is extremely disappointing. I called twice to make an appointment. The first time I was told somebody would call back. Nobody did. The second time around the receptionist was so rude and literally hung up on me. Such a disgraceful attitude. The front staff is the frontline to any doctor’s office. Being so rudely treated makes you question how the office is run and whether they even care at all about their patients. I am not sure if Dr. Shorofsky is even aware of how the receptionist behaves with his patients, but I hope the service improves. It is pointless for me to see my primary if I can’t even get an appointment without being hung up on or my appointment messages are ignored.
