In 20 years, no one has helped me with my chronic Cluster Headaches, but this Dr. has changed my life for the better. He listens and responds accordingly. I've been seen by a lot of neurologists, but Dr. Schulman is a game changer

Poorly run back-office
I called their office 3 days after I was referred. After a very long wait, I finally reached someone who took down my info only to say that they didn't have my info and that I should call back in a few days. Bad service. I waited 8 days and they still didn't call to schedule me?!? So, I called and couldn't even get through to speak to anyone. I gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes. Their 'callback' feature was overloaded so I couldn't even ask them to queue me. What a waste of my time and energy. If their back-office is this poorly managed, then I don't want to give this practice my business. Will seek elsewhere.

I love this practice! They are very patient-oriented, efficient and understanding. I see Dr Schulman and am always impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He is very approachable and sees me as a whole person, not just the migraine in room 1. I encourage everyone to consider this group should the need arise.

I would recommend Dr. Schulman because he is very professional. He listens and gives feedback. He always has the patient's needs as his foremost priority. His staff which includes both nurses and administration are always, like Dr. Schulman, very professional. It has been my pleasure having Dr. Schulman treat my sleep apnea.

Dr. Schulman is attentive, he listens and offers helpful feedback. He is aware of any potential treatments and I have enjoyed having him as my neurologist. This was an annual follow-up visit. I did not have any problems requiring an appointment sooner. Dr. Schulman reviewed my case, last testing done and current status. He performed some routine checks and my walking ability. He also suggested medication for that if needed. There were no other issues and he recommended follow-up in a year. He also said that if I had any problems or changes prior to that, to call.

Every one here keeps a smile through this covid mess. Coordinating benefits in this world is a huge pain in the dorsal Dr and the staff have gone to the mats to insist on getting what I needed from tricky insurance bandits and succeeded through persistence and follow up. Old fashioned clients service won the day.

I've been seeing Dr. Schulman since my diagnosis with MS. He's intelligent, doesn't beat around the bush, has great bedside manner, and I know I can trust him. Anytime I've had an issue, he typically calls back within an hour or two (unless he's working in the hospital). He and his staff have been absolutely amazing to work with, I honestly can't thank them enough.

In the almost twenty years since my first polysomnogram and multiple sleep latency test, I've not had a 'sleep medicine' doctor give me their knowledge as well as their attention like Dr. Schulman has. He listens, he asks questions, he offers options and recommendations, he explains things, he follows through and he answers 'portal' questions in a timely manner. My quality of life has improved immensely thanks to Dr. Schulman and I greatly appreciate him. I haven't interacted with the other staff but the scheduler at checkout is super nice.

My visit involved an unusual request: that Dr. Schulman, who had not previously seen me, evaluate me and give a prognosis of a reoccurrence of a prior neurological issue for a Federal Government Agency. He listened very carefully to what I had to say, thoroughly questioned me regarding that issue and put me through a number of tests relating to that issue. While I waited, he drafted a very appropriate letter. Not many professionals go to this extent with a new patient; thus my 5 star rating of Dr. Schulman.
