Thourough, kind. He actually listens to me when I describe my own self diagnosis. Then he either agrees, or explains why I'm wrong. He has been my doctor for 29 years.

I had a horrible experience with his office staff. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. If I had recorded the things that Nicole W. said to me, she would have been fired on the spot. Jackie also works there and is very rude. If you can get past the unprofessional, rude staff, then you can assess the doctor for yourself.

Dr Alan Reich is ok, it's his office staff. Irene nor Jackie know how to work in an office. My first appt I was told come on in Anna. No one else was there but me. I explained I was not this's person but my nam is. I was told that's ok come on in. Really? I never can reach the dr nor do I get a returned phone call. Very Bad, never would I even send my worse enemy there. If you have HMO insurance make sure you get the referrals cuz they not do it unless you ask. I was told my responsibility.

He's an excellent doctor. However, the girl who refills prescriptions for patients is extremely rude and does not have patient service skills. The offices is not advanced or modernized with things like appointment reminders to calendar or phones, does not have answering machine to leave messages when unable to call during work hours, does not have a website or email address for quick questions.
