Dr. Alan Rauch has demonstrated an exemplary character and skills in dentistry medical profession. After 20+ years and move to Pennsylvania and move to Delaware, I still go to him to receive the most trustworthy, caring and professional treatment with the highest quality of workmanship.

Dr. Rauch has been my and my wife's dentist for about 25 years. He's the best! His office staff are welcoming and friendly and he's skilled, competent, and caring. Last spring, spotted an irregularity on the surface of my wife's tongue and got us to an oral surgeon in time for us to catch a precancerous condition that, untreated, could have led to a tragedy.

After almost 20 years, Dr. Rauch totally failed me. He's on the expensive side and doesn't participate in any insurance, but I've always accepted it because everyone always complements me on the job he does. However, in the last few years he's taken to teaching, so he's hardly ever there physically and mentally. The final straw was when he replaced a filling on my tooth last year, after which I was in terrible pain. I kept complaining for about 5 months and he adjusted it a few times and basically ignored my suffering. I pretty much gave up on life and my family - could barely make through the day. In the end, I had to take it upon myself, which lead me to a root canal and ultimately a tooth extraction. Now after over a year, I'm starting to come back to life. But I can't forgive him through allowing me to be in this much pain w/o at least suggesting what to do next.
