Horrible experience
Staff is very RUDE! Unorganized, not helpful, could care less about you, only there for a paycheck (which they do not deserve!) EXTREMELY HARD AND DIFFICULT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Staff again does not help. You tell them one thing, and they repeat back another thing. Jasmine is unorganized, extremely rude, impatient, doesn't have her facts straight, confuses herself. Doesn't even speak english! What a joke! Then gives attitude and blames the patient for her own screw ups! Messes up my appointment days and times. Show up on what I thought was my appointment day and time, only to be told that I WAS WRONG, when in actuality, Jasmine scheduled my appointment. Don't go here if you don't want your time wasted. Very unprofessional office! Would really like to know why they are employed there. Good luck trying to get past Jasmine and the office staff to see the Dr. Better to go somewhere else! You'll get treated better!

Lack of care for patient
Telehealth
My blood test results was good enough to tell my adrenal gland is way off and need a CT scan asap. However, he insists that I have take salt tablets for 24 hours urine test two times without answering and explain details to me, meaning while no adjustments on my high blood pressure medication which is not working in my situation.

hes quick, he knows his stuff. he doesnt read your chart, best to have a script when you go. hes reads your stats and addresses that instead of looking thru and solving, but hes very knowledgeable. his office is poorly run and his staff is trash. they blame, ingore, cancel appts last minute, and PRETEND TO BE THE DR. very bad. but again, get a face to face with the Dr and youll be ok

Unorganized office
I am so upset that yet another specialist that I have to go to has an office that is so unorganized and doesn’t give specific instructions on what I need to prepare before my next doctor’s visit. I’ve been waiting for my lab results for 4 months and yet they haven’t been uploaded to my patient portal or even on the DLS website. I had to call them just to find out my own blood work results if they were normal or not, but i mean if i was dying, maybe just maybe they’ll reach out to tell me the news. I am so extremely dissatisfied with the patient care I get here in Hawaii, not only from my endocrinologist’s office but also my PCP. I’m better off taking my health and wellness to the Mainland because I feel failed as a patient seeking services.

Another endocrinologist patient – Jul 26, 2022

DO NOT GO!
Update: I had to ask my PCP for the lab order that Dr. Parsa’s office refused and found it abnormal. Reading the other patients’ review, I just feel like the same way the rudeness and negligence Dr. Parsa’s office has been treating their patients. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WOULD LIKE BETTER CARE!
