Dr. Lipp did not provide sufficient information regarding the diagnosis. As a GI doctor one would expect the doctor to provide treatment for issues with your intestines. There was no returned calls. Just because he connected with a couple of people does mean he knows what he is doing. I suggest further looking for another GI doctor.

I've been having difficulty eating food because eating food causes me a lot of pain in my stomach. After months of waiting to have my endoscopy and colonoscopy, Dr. Lipp would not give me any results after the procedures./ He said he wanted to wait for the biopsy's results. It's 3 weeks after my procedures I was told by his secretary over the phone I have ulcers with colitis and nothing more. No treatments no medications and no additional conversations. I am waiting for a phone call from the doctor to know my next treatment steps. How a doctor stays in business with lack of give a care for his patient in discomfort and pain is Amazing!!

Doctor is fine, the staff is ridiculous. There is a sleeping lady called Joanne at the office. After cancelling without a reason our first apointment in May, we arranged to have 2 procedures in July. They called me 4 days earlier before the due date to cancel because the doctor gone on vacation (!). They apologize to me and gave me a new procedure day for sep 25th (2 months after). The office lady - Joanne - called me 3 weeks before the procedure to cancel again, stating that my insurance was not working with them as she initially confirmed. After talking with my insurance and confirming that they never called them from Dr's office and of course everything is fine with them, they called me back 2 weeks after the call apologizing - ONCE MORE - and then AGAIN they cancelled for another reason, just today 5 days before the procedure. In both scenarios I had arrange my program for 3 days being out of work. After complaining she hang the phone on me talking with an attitude. Avoid at any co
