Dr Gordon
Dr Gordon has been my retina specialist for the last four years. He was recommended to me by another doctor. He is intelligent, thorough and caring. It is a long wait to see him! It’s a good idea to bring a book or a Kindle with you I have great confidence in him and would not want to change. He is the best!

Arrogant and rude
He will make you wait for hours and truly doesn’t care about patients time at all. He is abrupt and if you ask questions he acts like you’re putting him out. He is incredibly rude.

Dr Gordon was excellent...thorough, patient, willing to answer questions for a long time. However, the wait time was long. They even have a skeleton dressed and sitting in a chair in the waiting room for a bit of humor about how long the wait is going to be. This was in Dec 2019.

My experience with this doctor was not a good one. First the office has no efficient management at all. Each time I had an appointment, I waited approximately 2 hours. Then I was shuffled off to a technician who took several eye pressure tests which fluctuated from 14 to 40...!! Then when the doctor saw me he was very abrupt and was irritated that I had questions. He wanted to rush me out and I was having problems after the surgery. Now several months after the surgery, I still cannot see well, or focus out of that eye. He obviously put in the wrong prescription lens.

Referred to Dr. Gordon by my ophthalmologist for a retinal detachment. Dr. Gordon is thorough and explained Exactly in words that gave me a visual of the problem. He also made it very easy for me to understand the procedure involved to fix the detachment and was honest in his assessment of the outcome. Dr. Gordon has a comforting/calm demeanor and does not rush off to the next patient allowing you the patient to have all their questions answered. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon.

Am a diabetic, was recommended to this doctor due to an exam. My eyesight started getting blurry. All test made conclusion eye on right the problem eye, need surgery. Everyone great but when it can to couldn't pay for surgery, was told will seek help from county and not to worry they will help was walked out like if I didn't matter. Not one call back since. Everyday losing my vision more. I guess it's all about the money. I've worked all my life never depended on anyone. This is disappointing.
