Even in this Covid-infected time, I called Skyline Primary Care about a completely non-viral medical issue and I was scheduled for Dr. Burgess' his next working day. Dr. Burgess checked me out, a quick procedure was performed in the office and personally checked me again to make sure the treatment was successful. Dr. Burgess is my family doctor for years now and he regularly does my annual check-up. I'm in good health and rarely visit doctors, but it was very reassuring to see Dr. Burgess doing such a satisfying job this fast. He listens, checks out and interested in the patients' health and so I recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Burgess has been my personal physician for over 40 years and I would never consider changing doctors. He is very personal, professional and always gives me all of the information I need for my concerns. Never rushes. Always makes sure I understand where I am, where I'm going and what to expect. You won't find a better doctor.

As thorough as he can be, Dr. Burgess takes time to listen to me and makes careful notes, without rushing through the patient interview and exam. From years of experience in the internal medicine, he knows exactly what is needed to be discussed, after I describe the symptoms or medical events that occurred since my last visit. Other than that, the communication system with the Front Desk can be challenging, so it is still an ongoing process.
