I LOVE Dr. Berg, but his staff is horrible. The medical assistance are dumb as rocks and the front desk people are rude and slow. The wait time is entirely too long.

The front office staff is a joke. They way over-book on purpose, they are not respectful of your time at all, even when you are on time for your appointment and respectful of their time! I spent over 2 hours in the waiting room - which was also FULL of a bunch of other angry patients. The front office staff also doesn't know how to operate the phone system. I was hung-up on at least 3 times when I called to make the appointment. They have lost my family's business forever; we will never return!
