I have a rare condition and Dr. Bass went above and beyond to help me he is excellent.

This was my first time at the practice. I was seen promptly, office staff very pleasant. Dr Bass listens to the patient and addresses your problem. Very friendly and I felt very comfortable. I will definitely take his advice. He does not recommend unnecessary treatment or products .

I visited Dr Bass for the first time today. He saw me at my appointment time. I had a lot of questions. His answers were thoughtful and full of information I needed. His office assistant made the visit easy. Prior to getting there, I was directed to the website to complete the paperwork. It made everything smooth. Dr Bass’s office is clean and professional. Highly recommended.

I had gone to another Podiatrist who couldn’t explain why the area directly under my ankle was swollen. He gave me a cortisone shot in the center of the swollen area and said come back in a week. One week later l chose to see Dr. Bass instead. He took the time to ask me for a complete history of the event from just prior to the onset up to the trip to his office. He then carefully examined my ankle feeling the entire area one fingertip at a time until he found exactly where the pain originated. He gave me a cortisone shot in that precise spot. I told Dr. Bass the other doctor gave me the shot in the center of the swollen area and Dr. Bass said that’s why I didn’t get any relief from it. He also put a boot on my foot which immobilized the ankle. I was surprised at how much relief I had as soon as I stood up. He said to return in a week for a follow up. Two doctors in the same field yet different in their treatment of my ankle. Dr Bass is now my podiatrist. He’s also pleasant to speak to

Dr. Bass is always kind and caring and attentive to the issues that I come to his office to be treated for. Most of my family members have become patients of his as well after I started seeing him. His assistant Gail is always so nice and helpful as well. Always a good experience when visiting his practice.

Dr. Bass was excellent, he answered all my questions, came up with a plan of action. Gave me suggestions and took his time with me explaining everything. Probably the best experience I’ve had with any doctor in my 57 years.

Dr. Bass treated my 11 year old son for 2 ingrown toenails and he was beyond wonderful. He has a fantastic way about him and took care of my son with minimal pain!! He was fantastic!

I have never encountered a more caring and knowledgeable doctor! My only complaint against him is that he only does feet! I wish he did EVERYTHING he is THAT great! Gail, his receptionist is also absolutely outstanding and a great office asset. They make you feel right at home. They are both simply the best of the best when it comes to taking care of patients!!!!! I would NOT go anywhere else!
