first visit after five months wait
1) no urgent care 2) no portal or way to see my previous visits or information from doctor 3) I was not given any “After visit” paperwork after leaving telling me my stats – Blood pressure, weight, height, doctors notes to me. 4) I was told I cannot record an audio session as I have hearing disabilities and hard time focusing sometimes or forgetting some details, as I am a Senior. 5) I did get a call from the office worker, was not informed if she was a nurse with my lab results and proceeds to reading off names of test and figure and telling me what I should be doing to correct it. I had ask her "The doctor was to look at it and email it with the my doctor’s visit report, Why am I receiving a verbal call. She knew nothing about the doctors visit paperwork and said the doctor would just tell me verbally. 6) Even though I requested the doctors visit paperwork and was informed I would receive it by email I have not yet. 7) I had to repeatedly send same paperwork to office.

Dr. K has been a wonderful help to the family over the years. We truly enjoy working with him. I am not as happy with his front office - usually Dr's have the bad bedside manner, in this case it is some of the staff.... but I am so happy with the Dr. that we can overlook their insensitivity.

Dr Karaguezian is an excellent, knowledgeable and very caring doctor. He answered all my questions and concerns in great detail and without rushing me like so many other doctors do. His office is very nice and staff is very pleasant and helpful, never have to wait. I highly recommend him.
