IGA made it very easy

The nursing staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. They introduced themselves and explained what each was doing. They were all really nice. Dr. Gupta met with me before the procedure and listened to my concerns. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He met with me afterwards, and although I don't remember the conversation, my husband said he was very nice and explained everything. The nursing staff called me the next morning to see how I was doing.! I highly recommend Dr. Gupta and IGA.

He was quick and thourgh with his procedure

Pleasant nursing staff with thoughtful preparations for the procedure. Only met the doctor upon arrival in the procedure room. Not too much conversation then but what was instructed was helpful. Dr. Gupta came into the recovery area and simply said nothing significant was found. I was instructed to continue taking the medication for GERD. The day before the procedure I saw Jeremy Gardner, PA and will follow-up with him. Linda, his nurse was helpful and instructed me that I could call them at any time if I had questions. I also received a follow-up call after the procedure from the staff member in the surgery area. Thanks to all who made this trip pleasant.

Dr. Gupta's staff worked like a well oiled machine. Each nurse had a specific job to do and they communicated wonderfully with me and with each other. Dr. Gupta met with me before and after my procedure and was very clear and communicative. I highly recommend Dr. Gupta and IGA.

I had a necessary and a referral EGD dealing with some issues. He and his team have excellent bedside manners. They made me feel comfortable and with gentle pre-op and post-op instructions. They even do a follow up phone call 24 hours later. I would highly recommend his staff and the doctor for your gastroenterology issues and keeping you healthy.
