I give this Group including doctor, staff and the entire staff that I delt with 10 out of 10. I actually enjoyed The Visit Believe it or not. Lol. Dr. Dewanwala is such A.Wonderful doctor and has a great bedside manner. I'm almost happy to see her when I do see her which isn't very often. She also did my colonoscopy which went very well except for that drink L o l. I.Would recommeND this team of true professionals but with a kindness and are good listeners. Was a great experience and I definitely recommend them.

Dr D is very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I have seen her for +6years. I trust her and I know she is respected in her field. I recommend her for any GI issues.

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy, took the prep, and was never called by the hospital for my arrival time. I was never added to the OR schedule!

Dr. Dewanwala and her staff are very friendly, communicate well and made me feel so comfortable even though it was my first procedure with her. Dr. Dewanwala checked in on me before and after my procedure and her confidence made me trust her so easily. Highly recommend her!!

Dr. Dewanwalla was recommended to me by Nurses and other Drs. While I was in the Hospital. She has a good bedside manner and seems to care.

Well aware of history and concerns. Very thorough comprehensive care. Interaction with patient and family professional and engaging.

She is horrible doctor acted like Sargent carter. Very rude and crude. I went with all my symptoms nicely drafted and she did not address any issues She took me to her examination room and shouted DROP YOUR PANTS She did not provide me any kind of gown and gave me a few tissue paper Horrible lady in wrong profession She should join US Military as Sargent carter. I never encountered a lady with miserable manners

It was a great experience. I didn’t have to wait long and they asked appropriate health questions with a physical assessment. Everything was explained and given to me in writing. Quick and efficient while being friendly. Thanks guys

Appointment was for 1015, we arrived at 1000. At 1130 we had still haf not been called back. Talked to the receptionist and she said she is behind, I said so are we. No offer to check when we would be called, so we had to cancel. No offer to make a new appointment. So we had no opportunity to see the Doctor. The receptionist was rude and uncaring.

They messed up my billing, used the wrong codes, and instead of being apologetic I got a very rude receptionist who made sure not to help in any way she could. Still waiting on her office to respond.

Dr Dewanwala was very caring, explained things thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable and explained well.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Dewanwala for any gastro problem. This Doctor is one of the most caring and attentive Doctors' I've experienced in my 63 years. The people that know who the good Doctors are, are the nurses. Ask any one of the nurses and they will recommend this doctor. Dr D. takes her time during the case and inspects every part, she doesn't miss anything. She will spend as much time as you need to help you understand your situation. The other reviewer had an office visit problem but I bet that will not happen again. You are only cheating yourself if you don't choose Dr. D.

poor bedside manner and rude.

I made an appointment three months out. I negotiated a day off from work to attend the appointment by working all seven days the preceding week. I took critical time away from my 7yo with special needs and paid $150 in weekend childcare expenses to get the day off today to attend the appointment. I told the receptionist when I made the appointment that I’d have different insurance at the next appointment. While working a sixty hour week last week, I missed a call about the insurance change because I assumed it was an appointment confirmation. THEY GAVE MY APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE. I’M SITTING HERE ON MY FIRST DAY OFF IN EIGHT DAYS WAITING TO BE SQUEEZED IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEY GAVE TO SOMEONE ELSE DESPITE MY HARD EFFORTS TO REARRANGE EVERYTHING TO ATTEND. SERIOUSLY?! Seriously. The receptionist wasn’t even sorry, she was positive snotty about it. “I wasn’t here when you made the appointment,” she said, rolling her eyes.
