The extreme professionalism from the front desk to the exam room. Dr Akinfolarin is a master at his profession and his bedside manners are second to none!

Dr Akinfolatin and his staff are always so friendly and kind. They make sure to take their time to understand the patient and I love how the doctor takes his time to explain how things work and different options. I am thankful for them!

He helps you relate your issues in laymen terms. He listens to you and addresses your questions in simple terms so you understand exactly what needs to be done. He is very thorough and thoughtful.

My concern is the person who took my urine and my blood. (1) I do not recall her name but she has a large tattoo n r arm. (2) She was very demeaning to me. She lectured me and said I was dehydrated and blamed me for not giving sufficient urine sample and for her not being able to find a vein. (3) It has been almost a week and I still have a large bruise on my arm. (4) She also called out to another employee and asked in front me whether my urine sample was enough for the test to be given. Her tone was dismissive and critical. (5) She needs training in technique and in client care. .

Aside from the wait all went well. Was told to come 30 minutes early but just waited the half hour in waiting room.

Very nice and excellent from the desk officer to the nurse and my doctor.

He is very patient and freely gives contextual information. I appreciated the way he explained concepts without watering them down. Thorough and kind. I’m glad I found Dr. Akinfolarin.

I was very impressed with the services provided by Dr. Akinfolarin and his nurse, Brittany. Both were warm and friendly and calmed my nerves. Dr. Akinfolarin answered every question that I had and created a comfortable session. I will be back for my appointment.

Wonderful experience!! Short wait, wonderful staff, and Dr. Akine was one of the most personable and detailed doctors I’ve visted. He spent a long time going over my medical history, how it has affected my kidney’s, what that looks like now, and so on! Beneficial visit for my health and very educational.

I like this Doctor he tells you straight up Front the problem does lab work 4days prior to appt I like that goes over your lab work step by step and has excellent staff he won't turn you away if you don't have your copay like some Doctor Office that really important to the patience especially if you on a disability income he let you call your payment in I highly recommend this Wonderful caring Doctor to anyone that wants an honest good caring kidney Doctor and I will continue to be his patience.
