Extremely incompetent office staff
Called to make appt. 1 month ago, told “scheduling” would call me. Waited & no one called so I called. Girl that answered made my appointment & updated my address & phone number. Was telling me to come early for paperwork since I hadn’t been there for 6 yrs. So I asked if she could email them & she stated they would mail them. Never received, so I called again for paperwork & was told someone would call me back. No one did so I went online & saw where I could print it out. Went today for my appointment & was told that someone had left me a message stating they couldn’t see me today! Bold face lie as I never receive a call from anyone for anything!!!!! Can’t judge the doctor but if you don’t have competent staff I wouldn’t chance it, I’m not going back!!!!! He just lost another patient!

I would not recommend him to anyone. I made an appointment to see him for some new symptoms I was having. I asked for blood work to check my thyroid as I have a family history of thyroid disease and had textbook symptoms of hyperthyroidism. He flat out told me no it definitely wasn't my thyroid but my autoimmune issues we already knew about flaring up. There was nothing he could do for me if I wouldn't take meds which I had already said I didn't want to do. He absolutely refused to listen to anything I had to say or answer any questions I had.

I am a new patient and I was nervous for my appointment because it is my first time seeing rheumatologist and some of the reviews are not good. But Dr. Ince was very kind to me and asked me questions and seemed like he really wanted to figure out why I am in pain.

I have been a patient with Dr. Ince for years. Since I was running approximately behind for a recent appointment, the office was called to inform them. The attendant informed me that they would not be able to accommodate the appointment although I was en-route. Apparently, there is no grace period there. However, over the years, I have waited and accommodated them as needed. I have also accommodated Dr. Ince's five (5) minutes he spends in the room with you, as he always seems rushed and wants to move on to the next patient. It seems as if patients are run through the office to get numbers. Not sure what is going on there, but I would not recommend this doctor. I switched to another doctor with a good beside manner that does not mind answering questions and does not rush through appointments as I have encountered here.

We would never recommend Dr. Ince to anyone. He was rude and even after his office was called within 30 minutes after the appointment to cancel any processing of blood work he ran it anyway. This was a horrible experience.

waited 6 weeks to find out what type of auto immune disease I have, filled out reams of paperwork, took me 45 minutes to find this dinky office and basically blew me off after only 10 minutes when I was told to plan on a 2 hour visit. Will never recommend him, will not follow up with him ever!!

BAck when he was a young doctor, he was fabulous...the best! When he moved, I lost track of him, & was thrilled when about 8 years ago I found him! I made an appointment and was SO DISAPPOINTED! He spent a few, rushed minutes with me. Prescribed a nerve test (why?). Dr. Ince has become one of the WORST doctors I've ever seen! What a pity! DON'T GO TO HIM! WASTE OF TIME and NO GOOD RESULTS!

I would highly recommend Dr. Ince and his staff I have been a patient for over 12 years and from day 1 have been treated with respect and compassion. Some remarks are negative and all I can say to that is, make your own choice and judge for yourself. Dr. Ince is caring and does look at all those forms they make you fill out so he knows whats going on before coming in the room. Can't say enough about this great doctor!

I have been seeing Dr Ince for a few years now and find him to be very pleasant, straight with me when I ask questions about the RA I have. When I first saw him (after being treated by a less then qualified MD) Dr Ince took the time to work with me to find the best medication and amount of medications that works to keep the arthritis under control. I have never had him treat me poorly and he himself has called me to answer my questions.

I saw this man over a year ago for my RA and Sjogren's and he was dismissive and uncaring. I told him i had tried a multitude of medicine's which the side effects are far worse than the pain experienced (ie hospitalization due to ulcer)... he said i was wasting my time because he "prescribes medicine" and that is all. Waste of time, money and energy. I will never recommend him to anyone to see unless they already know what works for them in treatment.

Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever met. Gave me very little time and dismissed my illness as if not important enough to see him. DO NOT under any circumstances see this doctor, Waste of your time and money. Staff will not return calls or reply to messages that are left for them. Most unprofessional group in dealing with the public.

I've had a very positive experience with Dr. Ince as my Rheumatologist. Dr. Ince accurately diagnosed my Psoriatic Arthritis and worked with me to find the right medicine to treat my condition. I was practically disabled when I first saw Dr. Ince. Almost three years later, I am symptom-free using Enbrel weekly as prescribed by Dr. Ince. Arthritis is a very complicated disease that is not easy to treat. But with Dr. Ince's help, I'm able to do everything I could do before the disease.

Dr. Ince was pleasant in my initial appointment but became more impatient and rushed in subsequent appointments. He seemed more concerned if I was five minutes late than how my health was. He does not take the time to explain what is going on and options available for treatment. He resented when I suggested that I should have an xray and, when I insisted, he would not let me have it done at the office where there's an xray. He holds grudges if you ask questions. Poor interpersonal skills.

Dismissed me when he saw I had fibro even though I was there to see him for extensive osteoarthritis from head to toe. Would not EVEN look at my X-rays. Very arrogant and uncaring. I cried all the way to my car. It cost me $90 (out of my pocket) to be treated like crap. Mi would not recommend him to a flea.

During my visits, the receptionist, assistant who took vitals, and other staff were brusque and not at all pleasant. Dr. Ince usually spent a minimum amount of time with me, leaving before I had a chance to ask questions. When I tried to get results of tests, I had to call several times before I finally got to talk to the doctor, and he simply sent me to another specialist telling me it was urgent but not explaining anything. He may know what he is doing, but the patient experience is poor.
