Dr. Nakanishi is great but her staff is absolutely horrendous. For this reason I have switched to another provider. They are unhelpful and unprofessional. When I called to get a refill on my prescription, they failed to tell me that I was due for an appointment and instead just refused to refill the prescription. When I asked to speak to a doctor they put me on hold but they didn't realize that I could still hear them talking about me to each other! It's unfortunate because she is a good doctor.

I have been routinely seeing Dr Nakanishi for about 10 years. She is always attentive and answers any questions I have. I usually don't wait over 15 minutes to see her. My older teenage daughter is now her patient also and I believe she is in very good hands. My daughter feels very comfortable talking to the doctor in confidence about anything personal.

Dr. Nakanishi is incredibly patient-oriented. She takes the time to conduct a thorough exam and makes sure all of your questions are answered. She has excellent bedside manner and makes you feel instantly at ease!
