Dr sees you once then hands you off to new hires who don’t listen to you.

I needed DrDhatt to send a renewal form to authorize use of a certain drug to my insurance company. I said no and that I was moving on. Also I had not seen DrDhatt in 18 months and only allowed to see his PA Dr Dhatt office called back 5 minutes later to say they’d waive the fee. Who does that? If you don’t say anything they just take your money. I’m 75 and still have my wits about me. What about all his other patients who don’t object to the fee? They just take that money as a win for the doctor? Is that even ethical? Watch out patients and ask about their charges

Dr. Dhatt and his staff are very nice. I would give them 5 stars however we have had trouble on multiple occasions we have had issues with the prescription being incorrect. I am not entirely sure if it is on the Dr.'s side or the pharmacy. But that is why I can't give them a higher rating. The Dr. & staff are always polite.

The office is very unorganized the doctor will not be on time and if you can’t use the video link he won’t keep the appointment I wouldn’t bother, There are many doctors out there that are much better don’t waste your money or time

staff was amazing and very helpful getting me in. The doctor was knowledgeable and gave me the attention i needed and help me understand what it is i need to get better

If i could give a negative start i would!! The office staff is AWFUL!! I was scheduled then someone called me saying they weren’t opened and never called back. I had to call them 2 different to give right phone number and they still couldn’t get my number right and then i was told i was stupid and hung up on. I wouldn’t even waste your time! This office staff is the worse staff i have ever dealt with and i work in healthcare!

Horrible, horrible service on the phone. I was told I would be called back within a day to be scheduled 3 separate times, but I had to call each time. Twice I was hung up on. Go with someone else because it is impossible to get past the scheduling!
