Dr. Ajdahan Bicak, MD

Dr Bicak has been my doctor for 23 years and he has always been very knowledgeable and a quick thinker and has a had a great bedside manner. I love how he doesn’t just treat you like another patient… I love how he puts terminology into words that I understand. He has worked every hard over the years with many patients and is an outstanding physician. I have heard so may of his patients rave about him and the great work that he does!!

It’s hard to find a doctor who doesn’t seem rushed or try to get your appointment over quickly. He really listens and gives ideas and suggestions. He’s one of the kindest most genuine doctors I’ve ever gone to! So happy I found him!!

He became our doctor when we first moved to the area. We have grown our relationship with him and his staff through the years. They are always on time and we feel so welcome and understood. We are truly blessed to have found him

I've had great experiences with everyone in this office. The front desk was kind. The nurses were friendly. The lady that draws blood does a great job - I hate needles. Dr. Bicak listens and takes his time. He checks if we have concerns and explains everything. We've moved the whole family here.

My 18 yo daughter visited him for a referral for an ADHD evaluation with a mental health professional. He belittled her, was dismissive, and made her feel stupid. She wanted to 'handle ' the visit on her own so my husband did not go back with her. Dr. B suggested that her symptoms MAY be a side effect of a prescription that she had not taken in MANY months and then suggested that it was anxiety. She is preparing for college in the fall and is wanting this taken care of before then. In this COVID era, mental health concerns have been exacerbated. Health care providers need to have a better 'bedside manner!

Worst doctor in NWA. I heard him berate a patient and the extended office staff is as every bit of rude, described in the comments below. Unless you like a doctor with that level of professionalism and who's impersonal and awkward, steer clear like several others have.

Dr Bicak is such a kind person.

I have been there many times. He gave me a healthy eating plan that helped me to lose unwanted pounds.

My wife and I have going to Dr Bicak for around twenty years. Love him as a Doctor and a person. Always thoughtful with us and we would highly recommend him.

He is the most amazing practitioner! I recommend him to everyone and hope to never need another family doctor.

Doctor is great.... office manager is a train wreak, no people skills..

Office staff couldn’t care less. The office manager was rude.

Listens to you and never rushes. Always been treated with respect. Never have I ever had to wait longer than 10 minutes.

I was one of Dr Bicak's first patient's in N W AR. He is simply the best doctor that I have ever met. You simply can't find better. I started on Medicare and he doesn't take that. So hate not having him to go to. That said, you will be really glad to have him and will have a doctor who really cares about your health

Excellent doctor, listen to the patient and provide appropriate medications, very conservative in using medications, never over proscribe

Dr. Bicak is great! Took the time to get to the root of the problem with both myself and my wife!

Dr. Bicak is very personable and immediately put us at ease, as well as all of his staff. He explained things to us very well and we felt he listened to what we said. He made us laugh, which is a special blessing! He is a very good doctor!

Rude office staff, but very nice dr who took time to think of what my issue could be and was right!
