Dr Batra is outstanding in every way.
Friendly, calming, and reassuring. He explains things at a level I can understand and is very confident in his abilities. I felt safe and very well cared for because of these things and his incredible crew. Bravo!

When speaking in person with Dr Batra he seems knowledgeable and kind. However when it comes to being able to treat my colitis I give him a very low rating. I have been suffering from this condition for years and no matter how good or BAD my symptoms are he just continues on with the same exact regimen.He would send me for the same expensive test over and over and no mater how bad or good the results came in he would just have me continue whatever I was doing. Surely in this day and age there are more than just ONE type of medication to treat colitis. This in combination with the office staff has finally made me decide that enough is enough and it is time to go somewhere that will actually be able to help me. The final was when I needed a prescription refill and was given the run around for over 7 days to the point where my prescription ran out. Without my prescription I go into full blown colitis episode. I finally had to call my primary care doctor so she could call in a prescripti

Absolutely disgusting experience-- Dr. Batra was disinterested and robotic, didn't listen to a single word I said, and refused to make any attempt to treat me before scheduling several highly invasive and expensive exams
