Dr. Argarwal is attentive when you get his attention. The clinic is horrible, staff does not pick up phone calls, constantly puts a patient call on hold, does not come back and wait times are excessive. Have experienced having to wait 3-4 hours to be seen

In 2018 . i got sick with m.s. and lupus. And r.a. and ostio. And psoriatic. Arthritis. I was and am very sick. I saw dr. Agarwal. And he did no exam. Made no effort what so ever to exam me treat me. Help me. Nothing. Told me thier is NOTHING wrong with me. He caused grrat harm to me.

I would highly recommend those with their chronic problems to consult Dr Agarwal once. I was suffering this terrible stomach pain for a long time. My PCP advised surgery of appendix . Another doctor even told me that it was a neurotic problem. I was terrified of taking another surgery. As a matter of last chance, my husband took me to Dr Agarwal who after few simple urine lab tests diagnosed my condition as chronic pain in the right iliac fossa . I am a Type 1 diabetic on insulin for many years now. I thought reducing my insulin would help me in weight loss and I can control my condition by loosing weight. But then I developed eating disorder complication. Dr Agarwal was very correct in his diagnosis in my very first encounter. He guided me to the correct way of dealing with this new condition which I bought for myself. I am very happy with him and everything else about his clinic. NO COMPLAINTS !

My only problem with this clinic is the wait time. Both Doctors are in it for financial gain. Very sad ! I appreciate Dr Agarwal's medical knowledge but it takes lot of time to see him. This clinic must strictly follow its appointment schedules. I had skin allergy and had to wait for over twenty minutes! Requested the front window lady to make it quick but she wouldn’t listen. Dr Agarwal is good and polite. But his staff needs some education.

Dr Agarwal was accurate with the diagnosis. That is what I was desperate about at that point of time and what mattered to me the most. I will never think of any one else !

His prompt diagnosis and professional approach to my long and enduring problem made me very thankful to him. Del Sol was taking time even to decide what it was. He rid me of the agony at the right moment. I would never think of any one else !

He has no bedside manners. Would get upset if the patient or patient's family member questions his plan of care. Dr. Agarwal should realize that his patients are his customers. He is not doing them a favor by providing health care, that's his job and he's getting paid to do it. He's an arrogant mediocre doctor.

It was very bad experience. I had to wait more than 1 and a half hour, but could not see the doctor. When I went to the waiting room, it was very dirty, humid and warm. I could not believe that he will see me here. I couldn't wait more than that. i told the staff I am leaving. They said. ok. No courtesy to say sorry for late or what happen. My wife already warned me because she red the review. But I though let's take a chance. Staff is completely unprofessional and have no courtesy. Be Careful.
